How to Host a Great Hibachi Party at Home
1. Plan the layout
Set tables in a U or long line facing the grill so every guest can watch the show. A flat area about 10 × 10 feet works well for the grill station.
2. Set the table
You provide tables, chairs, plates, utensils and cups. Chopsticks, a colorful runner and a few candles make it feel like a restaurant.
